About the event

It’s 2022 and it’s time to test yourself after months of workouts and improving performances gradually. Most training plans are based on your 2k time which helps pin down exact splits for you to row at during your training blocks. 2000m or 2k is the world standard for indoor rowing similar to the mile in track & field terms. Test yourself at the highest intensity.

  • 4 full weeks of workouts leading up to race day (all rowing machines welcomed)
  • Receive each weekend that upcoming week’s training schedule paired with key information as well as a video to Chloe Maleski’s Top Skills to help you achieve the best training leading up to race day
  • We will also provide a reference sheet to help you choose a goal time/split for race day.
  • Entered into a raffle to win a TAGALONG prize which includes TAGALONG gear, NuroKor MiBody, RunGum.

PSA: This training plan will lead you in parallel to the world-famous indoor rowing event: CRASH-B's. Whether you decide to compete or not, TAGALONG will award a male and female winner as well as a raffle winner.
