A Personalized Experience

With over 100 happy clients across disciplines like rowing, running, weightlifting, triathlon and many more, I can guarantee that your experience training will be second to none. From daily workout plan that include specific metrics, warmups and cool downs as well as specific mental strategies, each workout is curated to maximize your time and get you closer to accomplishing your goals.

Custom Training Plans

We design and create a personalized daily plan of workouts based on your lifestyle, equipment, and goals. Your results and feedback fuel the change in your upcoming workouts. 

Pre-Programmed Training Plans

Follow a written plan and complete each day at your own speed. Whether you want to work on endurance and strength, or prepare for a race, these plans are perfect if you don't need to customize or change your workouts around. 

Workout Training Sessions

Workout with us, 1-on-1 to push your limits and get immediate feedback. Some workouts are easier together so join your coach virtually or in-person.

Nutrition

Meet Eleanor Baker, MS, RD, LDN, our Sports Nutrition Director. She was a DI 3K steeplechase and cross country runner at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. Since graduating, Eleanor earned her Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Sports Nutrition Diploma by the International Olympic Committee.  

 

She provides a holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on nutrition and lifestyle interventions that enhances athletic performance while improving long term health outcomes.

Pre/Post Natal Care

Meet Laine Karwoski, our accredited pre & post natal fitness specialist, She was a DI rower at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before become a professional rower and instructor at the connected fitness company, Hydrow. As a new mom, Laine also became certified prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist.

 

She helps educate and train clients in all stages of pregnancy – before, during, and after – about what is safe for them and, conversely, what should be avoided to help protect the health of both mother and baby.
