Meet Eleanor Baker, MS, RD, LDN, our Sports Nutritionist. She was a D1 Steeplechaser and cross country runner at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. Since graduating, Eleanor earned her Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Sports Nutrition Diploma by the International Olympic Committee.
She provides a holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on nutrition and lifestyle interventions that enhances athletic performance while improving long term health outcomes. Message us for guidance with your Nutrition or healthy eating habits.
Pre/Post Natal Care
Meet Laine Karwoski, our accredited pre & post natal fitness specialist, She was a DI rower at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before become a professional rower and instructor at the connected fitness company, Hydrow and iFIT. As a new mom, Laine also became certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist.
She helps educate and train clients in all stages of pregnancy – before, during, and after – about what is safe for them and, conversely, what should be avoided to help protect the health of both mother and baby. Message us to be connected with Laine.
