This seasonal nutrition program is a multi-month group that helps you in the following ways:
- Support healthy weight loss in active individuals
- Provide education on healthy cooking, sports nutrition and seasonal eating for long-term health
- Create community amongst tagalong athletes
- Improve training outcomes
This program includes:
- Weekly group education and meetings via zoom
- 4 week updated Meal Plans geared for weight loss
- Facebook group for sharing and motivation
- Weekly survey to help keep track of metrics
