About the event

Join Professional Rower & Hydrow Athlete, Laine Maher, in her end-of-year training plan to focus on staying fit during the holidays. A perfect 4-week training plan that enables you to stay active whether you are traveling, don't have your usual equipment or don't have very much time to yourself. Laine gives you the daily option to pick between 3 activities including rowing, running, floor exercises & core/mobility.

The plan includes:

  • 4 weeks of daily workouts
  • 1 live group workout session with Laine
  • Laine’s favorite healthy snack/meal options
  • Entered in raffle to win a holiday package from our favorite brands
  • Share your training with the community in our Facebook group
