Our base plan includes:

- 4 weeks of endurance training (daily workout prescription: warmup, workout breakdown, cool down, core, stretch, etc)

- 4 weeks of meal planning (ingredients, recipes, nutritional values, etc)

- Weekly workout/nutrition training videos including tips

- Community Facebook group
