This training program is designed to prepare you for a 2k/2000m test on the rowing machine over 4-weeks. The main goal is to put in four weeks worth of training to get a baseline 2K test. You will then be able to build off of your result with more specific data. Each day consists of a warmup, main workout, and cool down. There is usually 1 day of rest programmed into each week and includes endurance, interval and core training. If you are looking to do your first 2k test or need a new baseline, this program is for you. Additionally, each week you will have access to a new mental skill to help you train and race with the best mindset.
