This plan was designed leading up to the Head of the Charles Regatta. It is a 6-week training plan to help you prepare for a 6k or 20min rowing test on the rowing machine. Each day is composed of warmups, workouts, and cool downs as well as other workouts such as core and strength. If you are a Hydrow user, there is an episode option as well. The plan also provides a pace calculator and some basic racing strategies.
